Do you need an easy setup display?

If you need a very portable system that is easy to setup you typically need to shop for smaller displays.  There are some excellent table-top options available that require no extra staffing for setup.

Portable trade show display products include banners, booths, table tops, and mid-size exhibits.

Most entry level units can weigh up to 100 pounds and go up from there.  Setup time can be in as few as 10-25 minutes. Lighter displays can cost less money to ship / transport due to airline weight limits.

Some ultra portable trade show displays can cost more money due to the unique and compact design. So if portability is not an issue you might want to consider a more conventional booth.
