Table top trade show displays can start around $300, but you should plan on a few hundred more for a custom table top throw to match the display. This is usually used by smaller companies with less budget.  Very portable.

For an exhibit with a table top all in one the cost will go up a couple hundred, but this can give you a more professional look than the cheaper options.  This trade show display type is extremely popular and is usually very portable.

Other all in one units can get very custom to your style of business and can cost over $1000 for the same option above with a little more flair to it. We usually recommend the cheaper option if you are mainly concerned with functionality, but if you want to get more attention to your business (the purpose of having a trade show exhibit) you should consider this option carefully.

All in one trade show exhibits with a podium style presentation area can cost over $1500, but are very effective in shows.

Custom work, banners that hand overhead, all in one presentation areas can push the costs of a complete display well in to the $10,000 range to over $100,000 for extreme cases.
